The two-day continuing education course is primarily offered and features two physiotherapy instructors – David Lindsay & Geoff Cuskelly.
Also available is a reduced content one & a half day course taught by David Lindsay.
Occasionally a very SPECIAL two-day course may be available featuring additional instruction from an orthopaedic surgeon.
Day-1 Academic Program

- Arthroscopic surgery

- Clinical gait analysis
- Critical strength & ROM assessment
- Special differential diagnosis tests

- Evidence-based exercise rehab
- Advanced exercise rehabilitation

- Influence of the pelvic floor
- Myofascial Mobilization (MM) – Theory
- 12:30 LUNCH (1hr)
- 1:30pm WORKSHOP SESSION (2½ hrs)
- Practical application of MM
- Muscle activation methods
- Soft-tissue release methods
